| Is there a fee to
enter the Play House Give-Away? |

No! There is no cost or
obligation to obtain your entry for the 2006 play house. The Champlin
Park Edina Realty Play House give-away is being sponsored by the
participating Champlin and Brooklyn Park Edina Realty Agents. |

free Champlin Park Play House Entry Ticket? |

| |
If you don't know any of our agents
and would still like to enter the Play House Give-Away you have a
couple of options: |

Stop by our office during
regular business hours, our front desk host will give you an entry
ticket. |

Visit our booth at either the Father Hennepin
Day's Celebration in Champlin or the Tater Daze Event in Brooklyn
Park! Once again Edina Realty and Edina Mortgage are
sponsors of both events. |

Is there a minimum age requirement to win the Play House give Away? |
| |
NO, there is no minimum age
associated with the entry, we encourage parents as well as children
enter our give-away. If the winner is under the age of 18, a
legal parent or guardian will be required to sign a release of
liability. |
| When will the
winning tickets be drawn? |
| |
We will be giving away several play houses through out the year, often
the give away will be associated with one of our community or client
events. Contact your Champlin or Brooklyn Park Edina Realty
Agent for details.

NOTE: In addition to the winning ticket, we will draw 2 back up
tickets. In the event the winning ticket is not valid we will
award the Play House to the first valid back up ticket. The
identity of the two back up tickets will not be announced. In
the likely event the backup tickets are not utilized, they will be
re-entered back into the pool of tickets for future drawings. |
| How many times can
I enter the Champlin Park Play House give-away? |

We respectfully ask that you only
submit one entry per person per event. In other words you
could enter one ticket for the Play House drawing associated with the
Father Hennepin Days Event AND one ticket for the Tater Daze Play
House Drawing. Each drawing associated with an event will only
contain the tickets collected during that particular event. |
| Do I need to be
present at the drawing in order to win? |
| |
No, you do
not need to be present to win. Most of the play house drawings
will occur Tuesday morning during our weekly business meeting.
Your certainly welcome to join us. If you would like to be
present, please contact our managing broker, Paul Phillippi
(763.569.5614), at least 48 hours prior to the drawing date for
locations and details.
We will contact the winners and arrange delivery of the play house.
We will list the various winners on this web page. |

How many times can I win the Play House
Give Away? |

Only one
winner per household per year. A household is defined as the
residents of the same address. |

Is there anyone who is not eligible to
win a play house? |
| |
The only
people who are unable to win a play house are Edina Champlin Park
agents and employees and their immediate families and/or households. |

I am a relative of one of the Champlin
Park agents, can I still win a play house? |
| |
Yes!
As long as you are not a member of the immediate family or household
than you may enter the Play House Give Away. |

I am a real estate agent with a
different company, can I still win a play house? |
| |
Yes!
As long as you are not a member of the immediate family or household
of an Edina Champlin Park agent or employee, than you may enter our Play
House Give Away. |

| If my ticket is
drawn and I do not want the Playhouse is there a substitute prize? |
| |
No, substitutions will not be
offered. In the event the person associated with the winning
ticket does not wish to collect the play house, we will award the
play house to the first willing, valid back up ticket. |
| If I win, will you
deliver the play house? |
|
YES!
We will deliver and set up the play house within a reasonable distance
from our office. |
|
Winners First Name, Last initial and Photo's. |
|
Winners of
the play house agree to allow us to use their first names, last initial
and photos of them in front of their newly delivered and assembled
play house. We would like to create an online gallery of happy
winners and their new play houses! |

various events and sponsorships. Our Play House Give Away is
